RANGE MEMBER HELP AND INFORMATION
For Bookings and to create an account go to https://pacheshamgolf.simplybook.it/v2/
Click on >Book now.
>Select your day.
>Select driving range blocks.. NB blocks go all the way, scroll to find your preferred time frame block.
>Select one of the Member Pre Paid Options... scroll to the bottom of the list below the paid options until you see the members graphic images.
>Sign in as an existing client or create a new client account.. NB if you do not wish to continue with the booking and are simply creating an account just abandon the booking by >log out
>Bingo you are done…
>NB Once registered contact us confirming your account details so we can add your credits and you can start making your member bookings.
>You will not see any range credits until you start making bookings but you will notice a "RM" suffix after your name once credits have been added, please do not remove this.
>When you make a member booking, at check out, a pop up window will appear showing your credit balance in the same way your range card displayed its balance each time it was presented at the machines.
>Additionally if you want to check your bookings at any time ‘my bookings’ can be found at top right hand corner of the home page >denoted by three little bars, this will show you all your up coming and past bookings.
If you need to amend or cancel a members pre paid booking you will need to contact Pachesham directly on T01372 843453 or email@example.com please note our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings, therefore bookings can only be rescheduled up to 24 hours before. 2020 Transferred Credits have been awarded as bay session units therefore the new price increases inline with the Top Tracer installation are not applicable.
