Coaching Style Rory is from Ireland and moved to England as a golf professional in 2000. Golf was always going to be a massive part of his life. He started working in golf at the age of 10 at his father’s driving range in Dublin. His easygoing coaching style helps his customers relax while taking a lesson and this leads to enhanced improvements in all levels of the game, from the bashful beginner to the highly advanced player. I am a 54 year old who has played golf for over 20 years and during this time I have tried on a number of occasions to improve my game with various coaches, with little success. About 2 years ago I started lessons with Rory and during this time he has taken ten shots of my scores. Rory combines a number of qualities to achieve these results. Firstly, his quest to understand your golf swing and find ways to help you improve is clear from the first lesson. Secondly, unlike many golf professionals, he is an excellent teacher.
