John Skinner - Head Professional
 Qualification PGA Class AA Professional since 1994
Coaching Style
John gets much enjoyment and success from working with golfers of all standards. He always tries to create an envrionment that is based around each indivduals needs, ability and expectations. This means whatever your standard, he will find the most natural and simple way for you to achieve maximum improvement. He is not keen on quick fixes as long term improvement is paramount to him and his golfers.
Johns specialist areas are Junior Coaching and Golf Fitness. He has pioneered junior coaching at Pachesham over the years and worked with some of the best junior golfers to come out of Surrey. He also runs a Golf Fitness Clinic which allows him to thoroughly assess physical limitations to golf, create simple exercise programmes and enable golfers to achieve swing changes that were otherwise, difficult to improve.

Mark Griffiths
Qualification: PGA Class A Professional since 2006
Coaching Style Mark likes to focus on the basic fundamentals keeping instruction simple, positive and above all enjoyable. Building the confidence of the pupils without filling their heads with too much information. Mark has taught a wide range of abilities from scratch golfers to beginners. Having previously worked at Burhill Golf Club Mark enjoys working with club level golfers building a relationship with his clients, helping them to improve their golf and enjoy their game. Mark is also fully qualified in the use of Sam Putt Anaylsis and endorses the importance of the short game.
Specialist areas: Mark is a great believer 'in seeing is believing' and likes to use video analysis as much as possible to enhance the pupils understanding of the golf swing and any problem areas.

Ian Partington
 Qualification
PGA Class AA Professional of 18 years experience.
Coaching Style
Ian believes golf is relatively simple, and so should be taught in a relatively simple way as too many swing thoughts just get in the way. Ian will teach the basic fundamentals which work now and in the long term. Ian’s degree in psychology comes in useful to train the mind to maximise the most out of your golf swing. Simple techniques can massively help you swing just as well on the course when under pressure, as they do on the driving range.

Neil Thirkell
 Qualification
PGA Class AA Professional with over 30 years experience.
Coaching Style
Neil's coaching style is all about 'enjoyment' and getting the most from your game. His traditional yet simplistic approach is based on Ben Hogan's fundamentals, yet incorporating modern technology eg swing video analysis. Whilst the basis of his instruction is within the golf range and short game area he is committed to ensure his players improvement and development with course management and playing lessons. He is committed to building on course confidence, putting an end to the much used phrase "if only I could take my range game to the course!". Neil builds long lasting relationships with his clients and feels the practicality of on course coaching is paramount to a player's development thus ensuring all his players fulful their full potential.
